NOTE:

1. Make sure the vegetables and fruits are smaller than the frame of the blades. Press the lid with a quick and strong movement, not slowly or a little at a time, otherwise some hard vegetables may stick to the blades.

3. Do not wash the mandolin in the dishwasher, as the container is made of PP material not tolerated at high temperature and pressure, the set is attached with a cleaning set (brush and fork), you can easily clean food residue under tap water.Dry in time after use to prevent metal rust.

4. For harder or larger fruits or vegetables such as apples, carrots or potatoes, first cut them smaller, cut them into quarters or cut them in half before putting them. Otherwise, the strength will be uneven and damage the blades.
